There are a number of ways to show your appreciation for your employees. A great way is to have a coffee delivery service in your office, such as Five Star Water, providing access to coffee throughout the day. Your staff work hard. When they need a little energy boost, they will either need to go in search of a cup of coffee, or have one brought right to the office. While it may cost you a little money up front, the money you save in lost production and unscheduled breaks can easily make up for it. Give your staff what they need in order to be productive, and show that you have their comfort in mind.

Increase Productivity with a Coffee Service

When an employee feels tired, they'll enjoy a hot cup of coffee. This will provide some necessary energy to make it through the rest of the work day. In addition, the employee won't have to leave the building to go searching for their favorite coffee. It reduces the amount of time staff spend taking quick, unscheduled breaks and helps keep people productive. When you don't want employees wandering off throughout the day going for short breaks, bring the coffee they want to them.

Make Your Staff Feel Appreciated

As you set up a break room, consider how the room might look to your employees. If it's dark and the furniture is leftover pieces from the office, the staff aren't going to feel like you care much about their comfort. When you provide a comfortable room, that includes drinks and snacks for your employees, they will feel more appreciated. Staff that feel as if their employers care about their needs are more likely to work harder for the company. Treat your staff well and you will have loyal, hard working employees.

When Your Business Is Isolated

If your business is in a bustling, downtown area with a coffee shop, you may not need to have a coffee service. Many offices are isolated from such amenities. While your staff may bring in a coffee on their way to work, it's always great to have a second cup. When there aren't many choices for food and coffee close by your office, you will need to provide this to your staff. If you don't have the space to provide a working cafeteria, you can at least have a coffee service come in and set up drinks and snacks.
